Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Craft RS4-25-4R12.5PX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-Industries products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Craft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electro-Pneumatic-Corp product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Industries such as the DSP120D2NLDSP120D2NL3DVA1203E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMM005 manufactured by Electro-Craft and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Craft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 218A by Manufacturer Electro-Pneumatic-Corp as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electromatic Brand EDT350PT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electrohome such as 2862405044ZPCLB092862405003 equipment made by Electrohome have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electrohome products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electrohome" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ESA16200H made by Elmo as well as the popular 6440280762 original spares produced by Electro-Craft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H10002540IPP18 by Elm-Systems and 2862405044ZPCLB092862405003 spares by Electrohome are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 91012065 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-Craft.
